Working with a number of organisations including Dartington Social Research Unit to develop computerised instruments for data collection. The data is stored securely in a web-enabled database or on stand-alone laptop computers.

The method uses accompanying audio to 'read' each question aloud - this is widely known as ACAPI (Audio Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) and has proved to be a very fast, consistent and well-received system for data collection.
